A Fine Antique Chinese Kangxi Lotus Patterned Blue & White Charger, of Kangxi Period, with Buddhist Mark, 17th C. The Buddhist mark of the Kangxi period 17th-18th C. Is painted on the back of the charger. The large flower in the center is typically known as the Kangxi lotus pattern, which is encircled by a ruyi-border. Directly encircling the outside of the ruyi-border, there are petal-shaped panels. Filled with flower branches. The rim is painted with a bigger set of petal-shaped panels much like the previous layer. There are some repairs done to the rim of the charger but they’re hard to notice. The rim repairs are very small and only can be seen when zoom in really close. There are some chips on the foot rim and some brown spots on the charger, but other than that the charger is in good condition. Please see the photos for the described conditions.
